3 or 4 large bananas, peeled 1 pint soya milk ½ pint cold water 5 big scoops of vanilla vegan ice-cream (e.g. Swedish Glace) dash vanilla essence (optional but nice!)
Method
Place the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 10 to 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and drink straight away. Delicious!
RAW JUICE
Ingredients
juice of 1 orange 2 small eating apples (cored) 2 small tomatoes 2 inch piece of cucumber 6 medium carrots
Method
Put everything through a juice extractor. Pour into tall glasses, stir and serve.
STRAWBERRY SHAKE
Ingredients
pummet of strawberries (about 1lb) 500ml almond milk 5 big scoops of strawberry vegan ice-cream (e.g. Swedish Glace) dash vanilla essence (optional but nice!)
Method
Remove the stalks from the strawberries and put into a blender. Add the soya milk and whizz for 10 to 20 seconds.
Add the ice-cream and sugar to taste if required. Whizz for about 5 seconds.
Pour into glasses and drink straight away. Yum!
VEGAN COLA FLOATS

Method
Take one small bottle or can of cola and pour into a glass.
Add one generous scoop of dairy-free vanilla ice-cream (e.g. Swedish Glace).
